Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Five Star Transportation shall accept returns/exchanges based on the following criteria:
- Please contact Five Star Transportation via email prior to returning merchandise to get a Return Authorization number (RA #). Five Star Transportation is not responsible for return shipments until they are received.
- With receipt - Within 90 days of purchase, any merchandise that has not been used and is not damaged may be returned along with the corresponding receipt for a full refund or exchange.
- Without receipt - Merchandise credit for the current selling price may be issued for items which have not been used and are not damaged that are returned without a receipt.
Refunds will be made in the same form of payment as the purchase. Any refunds of purchases made by check or cash, and all non-cleared checks, in excess of $100.00 will be issued by mail check.
Backorders - Customer will be notified of backorder or out of stock status within 48-72 hours of receiving order. At the time of notification, the customer will have the option to keep the order open until the same or replacement product becomes available, or they may cancel the order.

Shipping Rates and Policies
Five Star Transportation will ship all orders via USPS and shall use its best efforts to ship most orders within forty-eight (48) hours, Monday thru Thursday, and seventy-two (72) hours, Friday thru Sunday, after the order is received by the operator.
